Becoming a Subordinate and Obtaining a 501(c)(3) (Obtaining a Not-For-Profit Status) |

There are two different views concerning receiving grants through Federal & State programs. The first view allows no separation of church and state once the funds are received. The second view is the view Exegetical Ministry; many of the great preachers and foundations have taken for many years. This view is once you apply through Exegetical Ministries' Group Status or the IRS and receive a non-profit status, you now have the blessings, having received a written notice of separation of church and state. Your non-profit organization, with tax-exempt privileges, will report income for the organization each year to the IRS on a special form called a 990 or 990ez. This form must also be made available to anyone in your community to review upon request. Therefore, you are able to take donations, receive grants, and give those who donate funds or products a tax-deductible receipt. Remember, Foundations are derived from local businesses that surround America and your own community. They give to a non-profit organization for the purpose of a tax write off. Please take time to read our FAQ on the left side of the main page concerning our Group Status for your vision. |
